In addition to his responsibilities leading Global Customer Care, Antonio is also responsible for Digital Fraud and RPA for A&F. Antonio was part of the leadership team that created DSW's entire eCommerce solution (tech/people/processes). He has deep experience in starting and running Care Centers globally. Lastly, trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he is known for "falling in love with problems" over solutions, and has a strong track record of leading transformational change initiatives that have resulted in significant customer facing improvements while also driving down costs.
